HTEC-510はフルサイズのデスクトップPCぐらいの大きさです。
小型でかつ、優れた安定性と最新のテクノロジーを備えています。

エイコムのECDが高感度、高安定な理由
HTEC-510 HPLC-ECDシステムとその分析アプリケーションの
組み合わせにより検出下限は160 amolの ドーパミン、5 fmolの
アセチルコリンに達します。

パルスダンパー不要
一般的なHPLCポンプは、電気化学検出器には適していません。
ECDは、ポンプの脈流(パルス)をベースラインにとらえてし
まいそのためパルスダンパーを付加するのが一般的です。
しかし、ダンパーには10 ml程度の内容量があり、この容量が
長期保存後の汚染の原因になり得ます。また通常の使用時でも
ポンプ始動後、ダンパーが十分に伸びきり圧力が上がるまで数
分からそれ以上待つ必要があります。ダンパーの使用は、分析
の効率化に、理想的な装置とはいえません。
そこで、エイコムではシステムからダンパーをはずしました。
そして、ポンプを4 µL/ストロークと小容量のバイナリーピスト
ン方式とし、CPUによるパルス制御技術を備えました。
そのため、ポンプピストンからカラムまでの容量が1 ml以下と
なっています。この優れた省容量化により、アプリケーション
の変更やシステム洗浄が非常に簡単となりました。
